	CEO Thomas Holm Jensen Thomas has a long track record as a serial entrepreneur within the retail, financial and, most recently, IT industries as co-founder and partner in SoftScan. Thomas' extensive international experience and his ability to excite and develop people around him have helped create an effective and dedicated organization, which has grown to be the undisputed leader of managed email security within Scandinavia.
	CTO Diego d'Ambra Diego is one of the founding partners of SoftScan and the main designer behind SoftScan's intelligent scanning engine. Besides being one of the founding partners, he continually contributes to the anti-virus community by analyzing new viruses and releasing signatures. Thanks to his work, ClamAV is able to react, almost immediately, to many of today's threats.
	Managing Director, Softscan Germany Troels Falkenberg As the Managing Director for the German franchise office in Munich, Troels heads up SoftScan's German account management team. Troels has been with SoftScan since the very beginning. Previously he worked in the automobile business with sales, project management and marketing. Troels holds an MBA from Northwood University, Michigan, USA
	Managing Director, SoftScan UK Phil Watts Phil is a well-known figure in the anti-virus community and has held senior management positions in leading data security companies including Director of UK Business at Dr Solomon's Software and UK Channel Director at Trend Micro, in addition to helping establish Kaspersky Anti-Virus in the UK.
	PR & Marketing Manager Karina Fritze Jensen Karina is responsible for the international PR and communication in SoftScan. Karina has extensive experience within business-to-business marketing. Karina has obtained this experience from the publishing business where she has worked as webmaster, project manager and marketing manager. Karina has a graduate diploma in sales and marketing from Copenhagen Business School.
	Sales Director Scandinavia Christian Jacobsen As Sales Director for Scandinavia, Christian is responsible for the overall daily management of SoftScan's sales teams in Denmark, Sweden and Norway. Previously employed by Dell as Sales Manager and Partners & Alliances Manager, Christian's background is in Business Administration, marketing and Business Law and Statistics.
	Human Resources Manager Cristina Ferretti Vilner Cristina is the manager for the Human Resource department. She is responsible for the recruitment along with employee development and working conditions in SoftScan. Cristina has worked within recruitment, search and selection and employee and management development for some of Denmark's leading companies including Cultivator and Amrop Hever. Cristina holds a graduate diploma from Copenhagen Business School and a BSc in Business, Language and Culture (BLC) (SPRØK).
	Product Manager Randi Probst As Product Manager, Randi is responsible for all of the product processes within SoftScan, this includes documentation, development plans, user groups etc. Randi holds a Master of Science degree in Business, Language and Culture and has also studied marketing, international business and language with Harvard in London and Sorbonne in Paris.
	Support Manager Susanne Herforth Susanne is responsible for SoftScan's support team. As Support Manager she attends to the follow-up and implementation of processes, in addition to managing customer service agreements. Susanne studied as a customer consultant assistant at an advertising agency and holds a Specialized Business Studies diploma in Marketing. Previously Susanne worked in Hewlett-Packard's service division, where she worked within coaching and process development.
	Head of project, development and design Thomas Madsen Thomas is responsible for SoftScan's development team, which develops SoftScan's internal and external systems and products. Thomas holds a Master of Science in Physics with a major in theoretical high energy physics from Niels Bohr Instituttet, University of Copenhagen. Previously he taught web development and worked as web developer at SoftCom.
	Head of Accounts Department Kirsten Stamp Kirsten is responsible for SoftScan's finance department, which administrates the annual accounting, monthly settlement, payment, balancing, pension payment etc. Kirsten received her economic and management experience from previous positions as an account assistant at Q8 and at the accountant company Hallerups Erhvervsservice. In addition, Kirsten has worked as an accountant at the machine company Lillelund.
