Each month SoftScan's sales department invites interested candidates in for a two days candidate programme.
The purpose of the candidate days is for SoftScan to obtain knowledge about the individual candidate and their competences and further to give the candidates as multi-faceted picture of SoftScan as possible. These days will give both parties a good basis to assess possible future co-operation.
When the candidate days are finished, SoftScan's management team evaluates each candidate and assess to whom we can offer a job. The candidates are evaluated on their professional qualifications and if their personal qualities are in keeping with SoftScan's corporate culture and our SMILE philosophy.
