At SoftScan, we believe that all employees must be given an opportunity to develop professionally and personally. SoftScan has therefore chosen to corporate with the ICC-certified coaching company Coachpartners. SoftScan use team, management, stress, sales and life coaching to deliver a broad scope of coaching for SoftScan's employees. The coaching is naturally dependent on the needs of the individual employee.

Our coaching team consists of three certified coaches, who are at SoftScan three days a week and participate in the introduction days for our new candidates.
