MyMailshield: New name and user interface

We are pleased to present the newly developed MySoftScan, a new and far more user friendly interface to handle emails in quarantine for the individual user. From July 8, MyMailshield is replaced by MySoftScan.

From July 8, your organisations users have access via the new address: https://mysoftscan.net - please bookmark the page for future use. The site contains a short user guide. If you try to use the previous address for MyMailshield, you will be automatically transferred to MySoftScan.

The landing page of MySoftScan contains a simple search for clean or junk emails in date intervals. The user can release or preview the individual emails from the search result.
