Do you have questions or need help to set up your SoftScan service?
Contact our Support team any day of the week. All technical issues are handled Mon-Sun from 7.30am-9pm (from 4.30pm-9pm and at weekends support is only available by phone).
Email support
If you wish to report your support case by email, please send it to support@softscan.co.uk. A case will automatically be deployed into our support system, and you will receive a confirmation with the case number within few seconds. During normal opening hours (weekdays 7.30am-4.30pm) a service consultant will start working on your case within 2 working hours (for instance, a case, which has been reported at 4.00pm is expected to be handled at 9.00am latest on the following working day).
Phone support
If you wish to report your support case by phone, call +44 (0)20 7956 2111. We strive to answer the phone within 30 seconds during normal opening hours, and we are usually capable of solving a support case during the first conversation. Our phones are open every day from 7.30am-9.00pm, and our service consultants speak Scandinavian as well as English.
For customers that have purchased extended 24 hour support service the phones are open 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
