Email support
A case will automatically be deployed into our support system, and you will receive a confirmation with the case number within a few seconds. Within normal opening hours (weekdays 8.30am-5.30pm) a service consultant will start working on your case within 2 working hours (for instance, a case, which has been reported at 5.00pm is expected to be handled at 10.00am latest on the following working day).
Phone support
We strive to answer the phone within 30 seconds within normal opening hours, and we are usually capable of solving a support case during the first conversation. Our phones are open Mon-Sun from 8.30am-10.00pm, and our service consultants speak Scandinavian as well as English.
For customers having purchased extended 24 hour support service the phones are open 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
