Choose "Anti-spam"

Choose "From sender"

For blacklisting choose "100 points" or if you what to whitelist choose "-100 points".

Now you can add the domain or email address you want to white/blacklist, remember to add the domain you would like the white/blacklist under "Apply to domain(s)".
