Did you know...?

... that you can check for communication problems between the SoftScan system and your email server(s)? When you log on to the SoftScan Manager, the surveillance system shows the current status and will report if any abnormalities are found.

To see the current status:
1. Log in to SoftScan Manager
2. Click on ‘Operating Status'

Optionally you can also receive SMS notifications if there are problems with the delivery of mail between the SoftScan system and any of the configured SMTP routes. All you need to do to activate SMS Notifications is to contact SoftScan Support support@softscan.co.uk and give them your mobile number.
