Statistical reports

Did you know...?

... that you can extract statistical reports on incoming and outgoing emails? By using SoftScan's statistics function you can, e.g. view incoming emails for a specific period or which emails a specific user has received.

To extract reports:

1. Click on Statistics under email
2. Then click on either Scanning Statistics, Graphs or Archive Statistics depending on the type of report you want
3. Please note that it can take a while for the system to process the data.
