White and blacklists

Printvenlig version

Did you know...?

...that you can personally white and blacklist e-mails from specific senders and recipients?

By using SMTP rules, you can add the e-mail addresses or domains which are to be managed as either white or blacklisted.

To configure the scanning tolerance:

Log on at http://www.softscanmanager.net

  1. Click on "Email Settings"
  2. Click on "Anti-spam"
  3. Here, you can add the e-mail address that is to be white or blacklisted and a category - use positive numbers for blacklisting and negative numbers for whitelisting.

Read more in SoftScan's User Guide, located at https://www.softscanmanager.net under "Anti-spam black and white lists".
